I WARNED EVERYONE AND NOW IT'S HAPPENING....

Everyone Thinks That It Can't Happen Too Them.. That They Are Invincible.....Things Like This Don't Really Happen.

I Hate to Break it to all of You Invincible People Out There, But Bats Really Like Your Houses.

Just Look at Batman

The Difference Between You and Batman Is The Suit Made Of Kevlar & Titanium Dipped Fibres that Batman Wore Would Protect Him From Bullets - Bombs and Bad Guys - Bites and Scratches When Hundreds of Bats Were Flying Around Him.

DO BATS MIAGRATE HYBERNATE OR BOTH IN THE WINTER?

DO BATS HIBERNATE, FLY SOUTH FOR THE WINTER LIKE BIRDS DO OR BOTH ?

The Bats in Canada don't Migrate. They do however follow the Mosquito Population. Follow Where the Mosquito's, Moths and other flying insects and you'll find: The Little Brown Bat. There are Bat that Migrate but they aren't in Canada. The only Bats in Canada Migrate is on the bottom of a semi truck or in it. They have found Bats in Alaska because of it.
Bats do Hibernate with an Exception if the Roost that Bats picked is hot/warm it won't allow Bats to completely Hibernate. The Bats will wake-up and go looking for food.
Well they won't be able to get out the way they came in. As it will probably be frozen with ice and snow. So the Bats are going to follow the heat.
Eventually they will end up in your duct work then they can go anywhere in the house, building shed, garage, shop, barn.

****This can be VERY VERY DANGEROUS!!!!! BATS CARRY THE RABIES VIRUS AND THEY ARE HUNGRY AND THERE AREN'T ANY BUGS IN THE WINTER. So the Bats are going to take what they can get you, your kids, your pet. To you it's just a shot but a Rabies Shot that could have been avoided had just got the Bats out before September. NOW THERE'S NOWHERE FOR THE BATS TO GO BUT TO STAY THERE TILL THE END OF MARCH.
Bats that have picked really good roosts that are 70 degrees or more such as:
  • Barns and/or Driving Sheds
  • Heated Shops, Garages, Storage Units, Buildings
  • Houses with Indoor Pools , Hot Tubs or Sauna, Guest and/ or Pool Houses
***REALLY ANY ATTIC, CEILING OR CRAWL SPACE OF ANY HOME OR ENCLOSED AREA IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE HIGH OFF OF THE GROUND THAT IS A MYTH BATS CAN GET IN ANYWHERE THAT'S BIGGER THEN A DIME. WHERE THE TEMPERATURE IS 70% OR GREATER!!!!

NORMALLY: The Little Brown Bat lives in three different roosting sites: day roosts, night roost and hibernation roosts. Bats use day and night roosts during spring, summer and fall while hibernating in winter. Day roost are usually found in buildings or trees, under rocks or wood piles and sometimes in caves.
Nursery roosts are found in both natural hollows and in buildings (or at least close to them). Nursery roosts have also been found under ceramic tile, slate and sheet metal roofs of houses, garages, shed, under deck and attics, walls, between floors or additions of buildings.
Night roosts tend to be in the same buildings as day roosts, however these roosts tend to be in different spots that are more constrained and the bats pack together for warmth. Bats rest in night roosts after feeding in the evening which may serve to keep their feces away from the day roosts and thus less noticeable to predators.
Brown bats typically hibernate in caves, attics,or ceilings of your home, garage, garden shed, buildings, warehouses, storage areas. places that aren't frequented regularly or ever by human and other predators and perhaps unused mines. Northern populations of bats enter hibernation in early September and end in mid-May while southern populations enter in November and ends in mid-March.

The Number 1 way that BATS
 GET INTO YOUR HOUSE IS....
THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR
OR
 AN OPEN UN SCREENED WINDOW!!!
